Seeing this makes me miss your Raptor Game threads. I got Detroit in 6. Pens-Wings-Pens-Wings-Wings-Wings.

Wings in 6. But I think its bullshit that we gotta play back to back games in the finals. How many pro sports would do that?

NHL because they need to have NBC have their way, which is dumb, get ESPN and ABC back.

Screw ESPN, ABC, FOX and NBC...just show the games on the CBC...thatll show em. :)

But with players like Cindy and Ovechken and the rest I think ESPN will pick them up at the next contract.

My prediction tonight is that Dats scores the game winner, and Frame will get messed up on the Blue. Canadian beer is like moonshine.

Frame, that pic is absolutely awesome.

Game's on at 8 tonight, if you haven't seen the updated time. CBC's showing highlights of the Zetterberg/Crosby shifts, and they look pretty impressive. Both are playing much more physical than they usually do.

Let's go Pens (just to keep it interesting)!

To be fair, Detroit's defense has been doing it to everyone in the playoffs (Rick Nash, Patrick Kane).

I thught it was kinda funny when the guy on the CBC said that Detroit fans are spoiled, watching the Wings is like watching "The Great Escape" over and over again. Great movie, great hockey team and it really never gets boring.

I usually envy any prolonged dynasty, but even I have nothing but admiration for the Red Wings.

And their franchise still gets the short end of the stick every now and then. Colin Campbell's ruling on the Malkin-Zetterberg fight was ridiculous. As much as I like Malkin, the dude should be suspended for a game.

That was an awesome game last night. I thought Detroit played better than they had in Game 2, but the Pens star players finally seemed to get some room from the Red Wings D and forechecking. Their home crowd also seemed to give them a boost. And Fleury finally stepped up.

I'm hoping for a Pens win in Game 4 to keep this series intriguing. It's already got the highest ratings for a Stanley Cup Final since '02.

I understand why you want the series intreaging, but I want them to step on the jugular and finish this out in Detroit, like they was sposed to do last year.

This is a fucked up league. I know I allready bitched about this but game 4 is going up against the NBA Finals? Someone really droped the boat on this one. What woulda happend if both the NBA and NHL team needed the Arena?
