This may be a bit of a bold statement, but I honestly think this is the strongest team we've had in recent years, I think the loss of Big Ben will only strengthen us, much in the way losing to SA in the finals bolstered us for 64 wins last season.</div>I agree... also much in the way phoenix lost Amare Stoudemire

They'll have the best player.--James and Kobe imo are as good as Wade. They'll have the best Centers.--Yao is better than Shaq, shaq's numbers are dropping and Yao's are rising. Yao may get dunked on by Shaq but that doesnt mean Shaq is automatically better than Yao. Yao's numbers will be better than Shaq's. They'll have the best offense.--Best offense? Suns, Sonics, Wizards, Raptors and Nuggets all average more points a game than Heat. They'll have the best defense.--So now they are the best offense and best defense? Check this link: http://www.knickerblogger.net/stats/2006/d_de.htm </div> ***I wrote the bold part*** I know they are your favorite team, but they aren't best at everything. Just because you like them doesnt mean that they will automatically play the best when it comes to playoffs time..
Just because the Heat aren't the best at every category, doesn't mean they aren't the heavy favourites to repeat. I agree with the kobimel, the Heat don't have the best coach (Phil Jackson), player (Kobe), center (Yao), offense (Phoenix), defense (Dallas), rebounding/blocking (Denver) of the playoff teams. But the fact that they're right near the top of all of those categories makes them the team to beat.
