With the Blazers sitting ~$67,000 below the tax line -> it looks like the roster is set going into the season. I would be SHOCKED if they added anyone to the Active Roster (currently sitting at 14-players). So with that, the only roster intrigue is who will win the two 2-way contract spots. Which two guys win the spots? Brandon Williams (PG) - currently occupying a 2-way spot, but can be cut without any financial impact to salary cap - showed some promise during the spring/summer games - nice to have an extra PG on a roster without much depth at the position Devontae Cacok (C) - will be 4th season (prior 3 were with Lakers/Spurs), but hasn't show a lot thus far - may not be eligible for a 2-way - nice to have an extra C on a roster without much depth at the position Olivier Sarr (PF) - will be 2nd season (with OKC last year) - had decent production in limited minutes - possibly untapped potential Isaiah Miller (PG) - will be a rookie - don't know much about him... - nice to have an extra PG on a roster without much depth at the position Jared Rhoden (SG) - is an undrafted rookie - showed some nice skill and made an impact at summer league - plays a position where there is a lot of depth on the active roster Wes Iwundu (SF) - entering 5th year (mostly with Orlando with a short stint in Atlanta) - more of a defensive guy, with anemic offense - has not made much of an impact thus far - is not likely eligible for a 2-way contract
