I have watched them a handful of times, but never the entire game. Favors only plays around 20 minutes a game anyway and have just not noticed him. The Yes network has some pretty crappy camera work as well. Have the DVR set for Sunday's game though.
The YES network has the best announcers though. Favors is still extremely raw, but a gifted athlete and very strong. Give him some time, he'll be a good one.
I keep thinking that there's no way in hell that New Jersey would trade Favors for LMA, but if they really do get spurned by Melo (in that he would refuse to sign an extension as part of a trade) then from New Jersey's perspective getting a veteran 4, floor spacing big man like Lamarcus paired up with Lopez and a speedy point guard like Harris ... That might actually be attractive from their perspective, especially if they feel like Favors is several years away from being reliable as a full-time starter. I dunno, it's an insteresting thought.
Sounds like the new Russian owner is in a win now mode. We'll see. I'm anxious for the trade deadline.
