i agree that rules are rules, but he is Dawk, and he has been here the entire time. but as ya said, rules are rules

The preference of spots will go to people who were in league last year and participated. If you got DQ from league last year, you probably wont get in.
i know you didnt, but i was sure we made that rule. but since you werent in the league last year, the people that were will get a step over you. like i think itll be only 20 players this year. if theres only 1 spot left, and you and lets say Mystery Man want it, hell get in because he was there last tyear
