The Raptors may have a bunch of players with no NBA experience, but they've shown promise in their first 3 games. F. Jones and Garbajosa are both solid and Bargnani would be too if he had more playing time. Anthony Parker proved in his first three games that he belongs in the NBA with a a great game in New Jersey and 2 solid games against the Spurs and Bucks. The Raptors have shown that they have more depth this year and have more contributers while the Celtics potential players havn't shown me much so far.

There is no way to judge if the Raps have any depth yet, because teams haven't had a chance to gameplan for what they throw at them. Not that the Celtics would anyway, they don't seem to gameplan for anyone, they just play until they start losing, and then Doc changes the plan to something else that is supposed to plug up gaps, but he's not good enough to do it to win.

I would really love to see Ainge either make this work or make more room on the roster for vets, because this is getting ridiculous.

It doesn't mean that the Raptors will have a better record this season though. They have one so far, you don't know when it'll stop though.

I would just like to mention that the Celtics have taken over fourth place in the Atlantic division, and are looking better every night. A win over the Knicks in MSG tonight would make them one half a game ahead of the Knicks as well, so let's cross our fingers as the season starts to take off.

Maybe Isiah Thomas is the coach to answer Knick's fans prayers. And maybe the sky will turn teal and monkeys will rain down from heaven. They're both equally possible.
