Tmac did an off the backboard dunk in a game, not jsut the all-star, but a game. And bron has done a between the legs dunk in a game

LeBron isn`t flashy, but then again, I would like to see what he could pull off.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting McGrady^1:</div><div class="quote_post">maybe lebron is creative? i mean just cause he doesn't attempt "out of the world dunks" in game doesnt mean he cant do them , mcgrady doesn't really attempt flashy dunks ingame but he did pretty damn good in that slam dunk contest with vince</div>

    my point exactly.

i know hes not the most creative dunker in the league, but he mite be in dunk contest. hes one of my favorite players and i'd just like to see him in it.

Lebron is capable of pulling off some great dunks. But he doesn't really practice on dunking. I wish he would so he could get more ppl to watch it. Hell a 360 through the legs still hasn't been completed yet. Only J-Rich attempted it but off a lob which to me would make that harder then it already is.

i wish that the "air up there" from and 1 could go in it. guys ridiculous, he did a 720! and he can easily do a 360 between the legs.

NBA guys aren't as good as AUT, cause AUT only practises his dunks . I don't like players like AUT at all .

I'd LIKE to see J-Rich in the dunk contest, then Gerald Green, Rodney Carey and Iggy, so he could prove that he's a great dunker, again .

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting TheFreshPrince:</div><div class="quote_post">no one can touh white except vc or richardson, this one will pretty boring (assuming whtite competes) competition wise, but the dunks are gonna be crazy, i just have a feeling</div>

I still the josh smith is one of the best dunkers even though he was garbage this year in the contest

    1. James White
    2. Rodney Carney
    3. Rudy Gay
    4. Gerald Green

That would be pretty exciting IMO.

Tim Duncan vs. Nate Robinson would make an exciting dunk contest.
    Boring vs. The Boring.

...just another unworthy dunk contest with a bunch of no names. I want to see star players participating in a dunk contest!

^^star players like kobe and vc cant participate in the dunk contest anymore. thats why it's called Sprite Rising Stars, which means its for the rising young stars. So thats why the names that are mentioned are of rookies or sophmores.

Plus, guys like Kobe and Carter made their names off of the dunk contests (not sure about Kobe, but I'm almost certain with Carter). So not allowing younger players to go into the dunk contest while making the stars players do it would be depriving the younger players of that opportunity the older players had to make their name.

Isn't the dunk competition for Rookies, Sophmores and 3rd year players only? If that's how it is I'd like to see:
    1. Rodney Carney
    2. Andre Iguodala
    3. Gerald Green
    4. James White or Gay

^^ i think you're correct. Because Jason Richardson was in the dunk contest for 3 years since he won twice and was in 3rd time.
