good luck to them getting that off the ground. Every school has their strengths and weaknesses. The Ducks don't seem to sign many pre-med types for instance despite having a pre-med program. But if a football prospect is into sports marketing, business, or wants to run track, Oregon has major pull. Top facilities, coaching, tradition, and Nike. looking forward to adding TT to the flock STOMP
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News I'm just glad his football coach is our baseball coach's brother.
yeah but do you know where did his girlfriend's aunt's pediatrician's husband went to school? Well, you should. Or you could just remind me who James Euscher's HS football coach was? how many Duck home games will TT attend this year... your best guess STOMP
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News I'll try to remember to ask him when I see him at the UCLA game next weekend.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News Seriously, that kid is the best high school football player I've ever seen in the state of Oregon. He is special.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News It doesn't help when your team gets monkey stomped while a kid is doing an official visit.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News Actually he had 27 yards. Terrible. The Ducks should stop recruiting him now.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News i know I know its duckterritory and its a VIP article so I cant read it, but I can say that the quote that Hopkins gives says "DUCKS 'pulling away' for Tyner" I'll let you decide what they mean by "pulling away" but the comments in the thread make it look good http://oregon.247sports.com/Board/45/Ducks-Pulling-Away-for-Tyner-4371666/1
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News Nice, he even got supplied a little blonde spinner by the recruiting staff. I kid, I kid.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News This kid was incredible for Sherwood last year and transferred to Lake O for his senior season. He ran for 424 yards last weekend against Skyline HS, the #1 ranked team in the state of WA, and the school that just produced Jake Heaps, Kasen Williams, and few others the past few seasons. I don't post this to be a dick, but I'm going to guess that Tyner is going to be a Duck, and this Long kid looks a bit like a Quizz Rodgers minus 20 lbs. The Beavers should take a look at him. I'm not sure if the Ducks will only because they have so many young RBs, but 424 yards against anyone is no joke. http://highschoolsports.oregonlive....me-steven-long-makes-his-mark-at-lake-oswego/
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News Tyner is built kinda like Adrian Peterson and speed just like him.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News uh oh he mentions #4 as Jahvid Best who he watched, hopefully he didnt mean Cal who makes him feel at home :MARIS61:
