Lesson: pass on the Lamb and try the Beal.

Much better to choose Barton. Same physical body, but much better basketball player.

So, that kinda leads me to believe WA is convinced T-Rob goes #2.

Likely, yes. It atleast sets in stone that WAS is taking Beal at #3. Who knows though, CHA could be quite the wildcard.

I dunno. If I'm WA, I'm expecting CHA to take TRob, but if he's available at #3, I still take him.

I could see that as well but with:

    Wall/Ariza/Nene/Okafor

there is a blatant hole at the two-guard spot that Beal would fit perfectly. They'd have a great front court rotation if they picked T-Rob instead as well..going to be interesting and honestly I don't think anyone knows what the fuck is going to happen. This draft is ridiculous!

I agree that's what could happen - SG is now a bigger hole than anything for them. Just saying that if T-Rob would (and should) be the way WA goes if T-Rob was still available. T-Rob just seems like he has as much potential as anyone in the draft, and I almost always go for BPA. If you become stacked at one position, you take BPA, and take from your depth to fill in the other holes in the roster (that's my approach anyway).

trob slips to 3 and they can just trade the 3 for igoudala, and have the worst shooting team of all time

There has to have been worse-hooting teams. Now, I'd say there was never a worse-shooting team with more talent and athleticism than that...

He should. That guy could end up being a steal.

I saw 3-4 games. I really liked him. I was a little surprised he came out after his freshman year, but then again, I'm also surprised he doesn't get more mention. I'm not totally sure what to make of him, but he showed some flashes of serious potential the few times I did watch him. He's very young, and I think he has quite a bit of potential. He's just one of those guys with a lot of potential, but I really think would have really improved with one more year of college. Time willl time...

    Re: 2012 NBA Draft Prospects

I had a feeling he'd climb. He's got great size and a ton of potential. Pulling the trigger at 11 is dicey though.
