Here is the radio heads scuttlebutt down here

Trade Lowry and #14 to Sac for #5

Trade Parsons and #16 to Toronto for #8

Trade #8, Scola, Martin, Dalembert and Patterson to Orlando for Howard

    Draft Robinson at #5

    Gives them

    Dragic
    Robinson
    Howard

as big 3. Some speculate they would be able to convince Williams to come here instead of re-signing Dragic.

Flaws all over the place in this scenario, but it's what is being talked about

Seems like a pretty crappy package for Orlando, IMO. I wouldn't want Scola and Martin if I were rebuilding. I would want that 5th pick.

I know you were just passing along what they are thinking. Not saying it was your scenario that is bad. But, does seem typical of sports talk stuff, we've seen similar deals come out of here for Paul.

Sacramento likely fielding a lot of calls right now on Drummond. I would think nothing gets done until their pick come sup, and can see them going best trade available on Drummond if he's there, and they don't want him. Salmons back to Milwaukee? lol

If Charlotte isn't sold on any of the guys,a nd looking for assets, swapping 2 for 4 and 24, and then 4 for 6 and loosened protection on our pick next year? from lotto to top 6 or something, to get us to 4.

Lillard won't be there at 11, but I agree. Go big or go home.

If Char isn't sold frankly why should we be? I mean ALL of the 2-6 guys or 2-5 guys IMO have question marks. I say lets take whoever falls to us unless a very good offer entices us to do otherwise

If Charlotte is really letting Cho run things, then him trading down to 4 and picking up additional assets, while still landing the guy with the highest PAWS score at 4 makes sense

no argument, I just don't want the Blazers to be the team that trades up to #2 and gives up 6 and 11, IMO that is not worth it

Ya, that's a tough call. If the Blazers are flat out sold on Robinson or Beal, it might be worth it though?

    Perry is a lucky name.

My favorite cousin is named Perry.

The Prop 8 trial was Perry v Schwartzenegger; Perry won (although decision on hold)

Definitely, draft Perry Jones. He's good luck.

I don't think it is either. But going from 6 to 2, and removing a lot of protection on the pick is something I'd do. Maybe you go 6 and loosened protection(unprotected?) for 2, and then 11 and Matthews for 5 and salmons.
Picks 2 and 5. You can go Beal and potentially Robinson at 5?

Lillard likely won't be there, but there is a chance. There has been a lot of talk about the Hornets taking him, but lately, there has been just as much about them wanting Rivers. Also, Waiters rise could push Lillard down.

I wouldn't be opposed that draft, but you could end up empty handed. My main concern is that you still don't have a leader out of that group (if you go PJIII). I think this team could use one or two motor/tough guys.

If you take Drummond or PJIII, I would like to see that balanced somehow with a Robinson or Sullinger (or Waiters?) somewhere.
