I think it is a pretty standard rule now that as an adult, you shouldn't really feel too offended by people who need to abbreviate 3 and 4 letter words still.

A meniscus tear isn't the end of the world. And at twenty or so taking an injury risk isn't quite the big deal it is when you are trying to get a franchise player in the early lottery -- you can gamble later on (see:Blair, Dejuan) if he fails to stay healthy then it's no big deal because the guy you would drafted there otherwise isn't likely to be a huge difference maker anyway.

He also has issues when it comes to what position he's going to play

    Too many problems for me.

Not really. If Lillard's the PG, Wroten at 6'6 can play combo guard and defend the bigger backcourt player.

    I don't give a f#ck if his knee was red-flagged.

Sully's back was red-flagged, he still got drafted.

PJ3 is a specimen. In the mid 20's you can risk all-star caliber potential vs. injury.

Wroten would be solid, even though we have Lillard, because we still need to address backup PG (unless you believe Nolan is good enough), and could end up being very, very good.

Ideally, I'd like starter potential in the mid 20's over role player/bench player.

PJ3, Wroten, Teague, all offer that.

Great, but that doesn't make everyone else ignorant. Those who don't like Leonard may be wrong but to declare it ignorance and that all posters think is big 7 footer, unathletic is wrong. Beleive it or not posters can have very legit reason not to like the pick.

And watching games isn't the end all be all that make you so much better than the rest. You probably watched every minute of Adam Morrison's entire college career and how did that prediction go? Just sayin

Sure, I'm not saying, "OMG, get this guy at all cost!" I just think he's a gamble worth taking in the bottom third of the first round ... unless you can wait even longer and take a flier in the second.

Especially since Lillard is a great shooter, Wroten could work well with him.

    Maybe off the bench?

He'd be almost useless without the ball in his hands. His shooting is laughable.

Hope the Blazers can pull in a pick and get Jeff Taylor. He would be a great pickup and will come in ready on day 1.

Calling a guy who is athletic as it gets for a 7 footer a 'white stiff' is ignorant.

I was 19 when I called Morrison. I'd say I've matured just a tad bit as a couch scout.
