They have also moved to end uncertainty over Cesc Fabregas by instructing Barcelona to meet their £40m valuation by Sunday or forget about signing the midfielder. Forward Nicklas Bendtner looks set to leave the Gunners though, with a £9m move to Sporting Lisbon in the offing. Arsenal are preparing a bid for both Lille playmaker Eden Hazard and his younger brother Thorgan, who plays for the French side's rivals Lens. Arsenal's teenage winger Ryo Miyaichi could return to Feyenoord on loan despite impressing in pre-season. The Japan Under-19 international is awaiting a work permit for the Home Office.
