as a reflection of how they fared their Sr. seasons, rivals has bumped up pretty much every previously highly ranked Duck recruit in their latest release of their top 250 list. Royce Freeman moved up 93 to 58. Tony James went from 157 to 108. Arrion Springs 227 to 204. Jalen Brown was the lone drop going from 104 to 107 while Morgan Mahalak went from a 3* to 4* and #233 overall prospect. Reflecting these bumps, Oregon's overall team ranking for the 2014 class went from 34 to 27 STOMP
I find the constant hysterics flipping between amusing & annoying. Vincent spoke to rivals in an article dated yesterday claiming 2 of his last 3 OVs will be to Alabama & Oregon :MARIS61: WR Myles Autry is another player from the SE (Georgia) who claims he'll be taking an OV to Oregon soon... most likely January STOMP
Jimmie Swain decommits from TCU. He's taking an OV to Texas A&M this weekend but I like where this seems to be heading STOMP
nice read on Budda. I'll be rooting for him regardless of where he goes http://seattletimes.com/html/highschoolsports/2022405467_bellevuebaker06xml.html STOMP
Re: just read that Oregon has offered 6'7 Texas WR/TE Frank Iheanacho while the last two classes have featured twins, if Frank commits that would be two Nachos STOMP
Holy goodness he could start away and he would have a two-TE set with Mundt/Brown and Iheanacho. Is he and the other Nacho related?
...and Frank has relayed he'll be on an OV next weekend. Going into the latest rivals ratings, both Iheanacho & OT Chris Brown were unrated by rivals... or in other words prior to their respective Sr. seasons they hadn't been seen as college prospects. Oregon recruiting tactics seem to prioritize late bloomers again Frank is a 6'7 WR in highschool. I couldn't find public film for him but in a pay per video he sure seems huge athletic and coordinated making some great grabs. A tweet from him today (paraphrasing) said... Official next weekend to Oregon. Their two top WRs this year are from Houston. Hmm... STOMP
found a good ESPN read on him http://espn.go.com/college-sports/recruiting/football/story/_/id/9903712/ STOMP
6'5 290, with 3 years to play 2 seasons... he's supposed to be able to compete at Guard right away via twitter he's lobbied for Oregon to offer his JC teammate Rika Levi who is a 6'2 350 NT that Oregon is recruiting STOMP
rivals relayed a bit of Adoree info. While it was reported he didn't visit for the Utah game because he was tired of traveling having gone on OVs the two previous weekends, it turns out there was another reason. They're saying the actual reason was an academic issue that he had to clear up before Oregon could host him. Supposedly everything is settled now and they're scheduling it STOMP
