Hillary is hot.....I'm glad my wife got through menopause a few years back....if Hilary is going through menopause, that's a scary president

At 70 years old, she's not going through menopause.

She's probably 20 years past that.

I now feel compelled to search the web for evidence of 70 year old women experiencing menopause....Betty White would have the answer

What is the democrats position on companies such as dell laying off 3000 workers and supposedly filing for 5000 H1b visas for foreign workers? The same as the Republicans? You know, fuck American workers.

depends upon the circumstance...I'd need to know why they were laid off to begin with...I'd also need to know what jobs they were applying to fill with foreign workers....highly skilled or not highly skilled. This is how the world works now....if my company is not competitive I'd do what it takes to fix it. In my current line of work, the laziest people staffing shifts out of 8 who work with my client are all Americans...the hardest working are green card holders..specifically Filipino, Hispanic and Asian.....the majority of my coworkers are Americans and more than half I've experienced working with are late for shifts...chain smoke cigarettes outside to avoid tasks they leave for the next shift and call in sick or quit more often than others....I wouldn't run a company with these folks...I'd hire every foreign green card worker on my staff and give them all raises....they earn it more....this is just a sample of the circumstances I work around.

Of course you would. I'd pay people based on what they do and not how long they are at work each day. The best thing that ever happened to me was finding a job where the harder I work the more I make.

Even if what you experience is true, most of these companies do it to save money. Disney was making the displaced workers train their replacements to get their severance.

That you think it is ok to just keep importing workers while millions of Americans sit at home doing nothing is the core of our differences. I don't ever accept that things are just how the world works now. They are because people let it happen.
