    Is there such a thing as the Gilbert Arenas rule anymore limiting how much second round picks can make on their first FA contracts?

    Does AC qualify for this?

    The Gilbert Arena rule applies to players with early bird rights, and I believe Crabbe is a full bird, so he doesn't qualify
