Trump loves getting hammered...it's his MO...they hired a lazy speech writer..and I don't think anybody really takes major network news seriously when it comes to public opinion anymore than they take it from a revival tent gathering that involves snake juggling.
Sure. Looks like he subscribes to the notion that any publicity is better than none. He also knows when he's going to be attacked and attacks first. It ain't pretty. Whatever he's doing, he's kept pace with Clinton in spite of being massively outspent. With barfo's support, he might actually win. Ugh.
Yeah, every day when the NPR paper arrives on my doorstep, I search page one for real news, but all the stories are about Binders of Women. It's a little bit deeper than 57 states, but not much. It reinforced a certain perception of Romney and Republicans, whereas there was no corresponding 'Obama can't count' meme that already existed, so 57 states didn't really resonate that much. Maybe if he'd said "the states of Kansas, Kentucky, and Kenya" that might have been meatier. barfo
You do realize that Binders of Women was Romney looking to hire more women to positions of high responsibility. Shame on him.
The perception that... A republican appointed the first African-American man to be Secretary of State, and the first woman to the job (also an African-American).
And here I thought the third night would be the dull night at the Trumpster fire... thanks Ted! barfo
Its only a political convention filled with hyper party members. After 1/20/2017 all will be forgotten and the same spoon fed crap will be fed to the American people as it has been since the late 19th century. Its a sham and as soon as Clinton and Trump are done bickering, we are still screwed with a winner few of us could relate to.
Yes, it's clear from your picture that Dems pretty much only hire black women while the Repubs have a balanced mix of males and females while including a wide variety of ethnic representations. The Republican picture is much closer to representing all of America, while the Democrat picture represents roughly 7% of Americans.
Not really. CNN, the Offical Broadcaster of The RNC, only shows certain parts, and so far has completely censored the most damaging testimony against Clinton's crimes. They cut away from Real Americans telling firsthand accounts of her crimes and fill the space with their 8 liberal morons (2 of them pretending to be "conservatives") blathering on about nothing because that is the extent of their political cognizance. It's a shill, just like their "newscasts", just like a Google search, it's only what they want you to hear/see/know. If you want to hear the convention in it's entirety you actually have to watch the reruns on Fox.
http://www.snopes.com/republican-and-democratic-interns/ Paul Ryan's photograph was actually taken at an event for the 2016 Congressional Summer Intern Lecture Series, which is open to interns from both parties. While Ryan likely drew a large Republican crowd, it's not accurate to classify this photograph as an image specifically showing only Republican interns. Paul Ryan's photograph was actually taken at an event for the 2016 Congressional Summer Intern Lecture Series, which is open to interns from both parties. While Ryan likely drew a large Republican crowd, it's not accurate to classify this photograph as an image specifically showing only Republican interns. Khalaf says that Ryan’s speech had a limited capacity, so interns were randomly selected to attend in a lottery. The interns in the picture work for congresspeople of both parties, he says. “I don’t think this necessarily reflects poorly on Paul Ryan,” says Khalaf. “Sure, it shows his privilege and inability to see the lack of diversity. However, it’s a better representation of the fact that so many interns on the Hill are not people of color.” RJ Khalaf, an intern under Indiana Representative Andre Carson from Washington, says Ryan's speech was part of the Congressional Summer Intern Lecture Series, and adds the picture has both Democratic and Republican interns in attendance. However, Ryan shouldn't be the one everyone is pointing the finger at. Khalaf says, "People of color just don't have access to these high level internships like internships on the hill. This is a by-product of our society. This is what we as a society have to do to make an inclusive society for all. The hill is super white, and that's just something we have to address." LOL
We all know barfo and minstrel are leaning trump. He's going to seal the deal tonight. (meanwhile, I'm still voting for Gary Johnson)
