Dozier could likely fall out of the 1st. There's a lot of equal talent between 20 and 40. If Dozier isn't at 33 then another solid player will be

Anzejs Pasecniks looks like a very interesting prospect as a Nurk backup possibly with pick 26 - Source: http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Anzejs-Pasecniks-65023/ ©DraftExpress

Pasecniks tonight in the ACB league game scored 24 points (11/13 FG) and got 7 rebounds, this all in only 21 minutes.

R.C. Buford (Spurs GM), Trajan Langdon (Nets assistant GM) and Kevin Pritchard (Pacers GM) was there in that game scouting him.

Howard Megdal at CBS is an absolute moron. He has Monte Morris going to us at 20, Donavan Mitchell going 12th, OG Anunoby going 26th. He has Thornwell, and Tacko Fall, and Frank Mason going in the 1st Round over (get this), Jarrett Allen and Terrance Ferguson, who apparently, according to this "expert", won't be 1st round picks.

How the fuck does a dude like this get a job like this?

Yeah, there's no chance Fall goes higher than the 40s - but I have to admit he's still intriguing purely based on how fluid he is for his size:

He's a much better athlete than N'Diaye and much more fluid than Thabeet ever was.

Another euro I'm tracking is Mathias Lessort. He's really played well lately and has elevated his game. He's someone that can immediately push Vonleh for playing time. 26 is a soft landing spot for him. He reminds me of a Kenyon Martin type. He plays with the same type of confidence.

He reminds me a lot of Ed. An athletic hustle PF who can rebound and finish.

He's faster and more explosive than Davis. Their limitations are similar, but Lessort actually shows some potential with his jump shot.

    Markkanen/Collins are obvious lotto picks.

Seeing GS wings abuse this frontcourt the guy that is shooting up my board and should be our main target is OG Anunoby.

However, If his knee checks out I believe he'll rise to the top-10 IMO.

Ya, but NCAA screwed him over there. Diallo is doing the screwing in this case.

Who else was available at #15? I don't pay for insider (which is fucking stupid that you have to PAY to access ESPNs mock draft).

Reviewing more Kadeem Allen tape and his tools/motor/competitiveness combo is seriously Tony Allen/Draymond Green level. And it's not like he's a lost cause offensively. He's a reluctant scorer/shooter but he plays with with pace, knows who to use his body, solid ball handler and finisher w/ both hands, unselfish, sees the floor, calm and confident in high stress situations and shot 42% from 3 on increased volume over last year and has fluid/translatable mechanics.

I understand the value of having a guy like Shabazz as your 3rd guard as a ball on a string/scorer type (especially how offensively limited our wings are), but I don't think he's the skill set we need out of that 3rd pg spot if you want to build a real contender around Dame/CJ/Nurk.

DX just dropped their new mock draft (still doesn't reflect the actual draft order lol)

    #15 - Terrance Ferguson
    #19 - Justin Patton
    #23 - Isaiah Hartenstein

Way too much risk in this draft and not enough reward. I know some of you really like Ferguson, but he seems like a limited low end starter sg at best to me and both Patton and Hartenstein are a long ways off and awkward fits if Hartenstein doesn't shoot--his release needs work, side spin rotation on his shot right now--and both have serious maturity questions. Isaiah's play out more on the court while Patton strikes me as a very naive, impressionable personality that's going to need to be in the right situation to succeed.

Also, PJ dozier appears on their mock for the first time at #52.

    My updated draft wants:

Really want: Zach Collins, PJ Dozier, Kadeem Allen
    • Dozier and Allen can be had in the 2nd round which could open up one or two of our picks to package in trades for immediate frontcourt help/shed salary
Want: Justin Jackson, Johnathan Motley, Donovan Mitchell
    • Justin Jackson is basically a want if Crabbe is moved, while Motley and Mitchell are gifted athletes with question marks (Mitchell - Offensive efficiency, defensive IQ, size/fit with current roster) (Motley - Off/Def IQ, foul prone, offensive efficiency)
There's a lot of other guys that I'd be fine with in this draft, but are either questionable fits with the roster, or "projects, but is the upside worth the wait?" type prospects, or both.

Please find a way to pick up a 2nd round pick and Draft Fall so Taco Bell can get back to sponsoring the 100-pt promotion.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm no expert on seraphin but from what I know I can't see the comparison. Lessort can switch onto wings and guards, that's how fluid of an athlete he is.
