You can talk about being swept in the playoffs.
You can talk about how the Blazers made what seem to be "minimal" changes in the offseason.
You can talk about how the owner is no longer alive, and can't protect the team and fans.

But, TODAY, 12 games into the 2018-19 season.... WE ARE 2nd IN THE WEST.

IT DOESN'T MEAN EVERYTHING, BUT I'LL F-ING TAKE IT!!!!!!!!

I mean what other conclusion could possibly be drawn from those results? Can't wait for the parade!

I would too if I was Jazz fan. He left them for another team. Ofc it's good for him, but as a fan, you can't appreciate that.

People saying omg he broke his ankle and they are booing him. It's not like he almost died, man is on 30M per year contract, he'll be fine.

One more thing, I hate Colin Cowherd. Don't get me wrong, I like LeBron a lot, he was my favourite player for a long time (Brandon Roy and Dame were other two), but this dickriding Lakers and LeBron is awful. He was so disrespectful towards Blazers and Nuggets on the show yesterday, like with poor Houston, Lakers are already 2nd seed and in WCF. Fuck sake.

He just knows what city he lives in. Plus, he's one of those smug guys who thinks he's much more important than he really is. He tried to join our group, but SlyPokerCow didn't roll off the tongue right.

was going to respond last night and got distracted, anyways. I dont watch a ton of Charlotte basketball but from what I saw, I thought Howard played about as well as expected. Good around the rim on both ends but take him 5 feet away and he’s pretty much useless.

Kimd of strikes me that MKG inability to develop a shot really hurt that teams future.

I don't think him being a shooter was ever realistic. I think his defense is the more disappointing thing. He's solid, but you need to be elite if you're going to be that limited offensively as a wing player.

Borrego is smart to play him at back-up 4.

DeAndre Ayton is a new level of soft.

I've never seen a big his size with such a lack of activity/physicality on both ends.

    He's worse.

And at least Meyers will never be accused of not playing hard. He just never had the feel or reaction time to turn his activity into quality positional defense (he's gotten better though).

    Still worse.

At least Towns has stretches where he's an active help defender. Ayton is the worst help/pnr defender I can remember watching. It's Kanter level.

Ill admit Meyers has gotten better, theres been quite a few times Id accuse him of not playing hard, but it could just be he’s slow...
