Breaking News: KD hates Draymond and will sign with the Blazers together with Melo to bring Championship to Portland.

Yeah, against ATL they shouldn't even call it a suspension. It should just be DNP - rest(ing his big fat mouth).

He crossed the line with his comments about KD leaving next summer. We all know lack of loyalty and being a coattail-riding softie are KD's trigger buttons.

Fine Dray-dray, you fucked up the play, but why you gotta go their man? Why you gotta be so MEAN?!?!?

Huge kudos to Vince Carter. Who could have possibly imagined early in his career, when his game was all about freakish athleticism that he'd still be playing at the NBA level 21 years later at the age of 42.

He is about to become the 22nd player in NBA history to score 25,000 points. and shorty after will pass Jerry West to move into 21st place on the all-time scoring list. Just look at the players he's already passed:

    That's quite the impressive legacy.

I would trade for Draymond.... but I have a feeling we couldn't afford it.

These HOU wins may be fool's gold. That team has no depth. Tonight they only payed 8 players, and 6 of those played 32+ minutes each. It's a long season, and they have some older guys on their roister. Playing their vets big minutes to try to climb to .500 in early November, could come back to bite them in the ass come March and April. As bad as Carmelo has been, he's 6th on the roster in minutes played, tied with Eric Gordon. If they waive Carmelo, somebody needs to pick up those minutes. Who, Micheal Carter-Williams? Marquese Chriss?

Vince Carter is the shit..I never really pegged him as a guy who really loved the game. I was wrong..a former superstar playing with the shitty Hawks at age 41? He just loves to ball

I don't have more than four nba jerseys, but my Vince Carter all-star jersey after he won the slam dunk contest is easily my favorite.

Y'all can hate on LeBron all you want. I'll always be a fan of the kid that came from NOTHING, no dad, mom on drugs, BUILT HIMSELF, then

    BUILT A FUCKING SCHOOL...

Don't ever compare him to that BITCH Draymond.

So what if he plays for the Lakers. I was a Magic fan and a Shaq fan (can't stand Shaq now). I'm not rooting for the Lakers. I root for LeBron.

The DONKEY is a disgrace to the game.

Got to agree. You can't hate a player like that. He is a tremendous talent and a very upstanding individual.

Yes i dislike the Lakers most of all teams in the NBA.

If you’re houston you’d probably rather you start winning then keep losing though.
I thought they had a really bad summer and would come back down to earth, but with the way they started, they needed some wins. So fools gold or not, after starting something like 1-6(?), a win is a win.

For me its more of a respect thing.
He’s appears to be a great parent, he’s active in his communities, he has done a lot of good things.
I cheered for him vs the warriors, I cant cheer for the lakers to win.
I just have a lot of respect for him, sure Ive disagreed with his politics at times, I get annoyed when he disrespects Nurkic. I wish he wouldve stayed out east.

I just find it hard to not respect a guy who sure was given a heck of a body to work with, but he’s worked extremely hard at his craft, he does right by his communities, and seems to do right by his kids. Cant ask much more from him.

Green took exception to how Durant addressed him. The exact dialogue couldn’t be recounted as it was said, but it began with Green immediately firing back. Who the fuck you talking to?

    – via The Athletic
Draymond Green, Kevin Durant, Golden State Warriors

According to multiple sources, Green then went on to make it clear he’s been making plays for years. He reminded Durant the Warriors were winning before Durant showed up so he wouldn’t stand for Durant talking to him as if he were a scrub. Green accused Durant of making the whole season about him even though he was going to leave after this season. Green let out his frustrations about how Durant has handled free agency — keeping his options open and keeping the story alive, consuming the Warriors and their season with talk of what Durant will do next.

    – via The Athletic
    Free Agency, Golden State Warriors

Green was surprised by the heavy-handedness. A fine was expected. Green had just come back from injury, giving him a rest day for Tuesday’s game against Atlanta and a private fine would have been an acceptable rebuke of his behavior. He was fined a few thousand dollars when he went after Kerr in the locker room in Oklahoma City in 2016. He didn’t think this incident was nearly as bad, so the punishment being drastically worse was shocking.

Draymond Green, Kevin Durant, Golden State Warriors

    Storyline: Draymond Green Suspension
Why didn’t they just fine him privately as they have before? “If we thought that was the right thing to do,” one front office executive said, “we would have. We have to do what we think is right.”
