He’s the type of guy that goes in the 40s and with the right coaching and training staff becomes a Jokic.

Guy is nowhere near as mobile, have as good of ball handling, decision making or a long distance shooter as Jokic. Not a good comparison. No coach could completely transform his game like that.

I’m not trying to say they are similar in terms of on court, I’m saying he can come in after a couple years in a system and surprise everyone. A big back to the basket big could change the game again.

Colson is having a monster year so far:

    21.4 PPG | 10.4 RPG | 2.0 SPG | 2.4 BPG
    53 FG% | 59 TS% | 34.2 PER

Obviously not the facilitator of Draymond, but he's also a relentless 'gamer' who is a pitbull on both ends. Like Draymond, He's also going to drop out of the first-round due to his size. However, also like Draymond, he's extremely long for his height.

Keep in mind that Draymond is most effective/dangerous at (small-ball) center at 6'5.75"! In the NBA, Colson will be a bully at SF.

Who else is on the Bonzie train? Hop on!

Bonzie is my #1 target for the second round, this guy is my #1 target for the undrafted free-agent pool. If anything, he'd be an annoying practice player that will push guys.

I still like Grayson Allen, but I’m biased because I’ve always like Duke players AND 3+ year college players.

If we pass on Musa we’ll regret it. Jk. I haven’t gotten into prospects yet. But Musa is legit. Seen him plenty. If he’s available I find it hard to believe we’d do much better, especially if we’re drafting in the 20 range.

Be willing to take a chance on Metu after what I've seen the last couple of games. As long as he behaves himself.

edit: Also the more I see Musa the more I like him.

    Huge NO for me.

Draymond skills at is a huge advantage compared to other PFs.

Colson's skillset is of no advantage compared to SFs.

Draymond struggled at SF and he's a bigger, more skilled version of Colson.

Man, gotta find a way to get up to 10 again if it plays out like that. Mikal Bridges would be a tremendous fit on the wing.

Amazed they have Troy Brown so high?
He really hasn't impressed me all that much at UO...I know he's young and has talent, probably a lot like what NO saw in Collins.

Yep--Givony basically says he's inconsistent because he's young, but because he's talented and versatile, he's worthy of a first-round flyer.

Watched Metu against the Ducks this past weekend and I was incredibly impressed. I could see he and Collins pairing very nicely next to one another over the next decade-plus.

He's athletic, has great defensive instincts, range on his jumper, and has the physical attributes that you just can't teach.

I know we're overloaded with bigs, but my drafting philosophy is always BPA.
