I wouldn't even trade just because he always hurt. To me he doesn't like to play with any minor injury.

I had to go to sleep, but I'm up now.

I know the rest of you stayed up all night. Fill me in on all the trades I missed!

I won't let you down again on my next 48-hour watch. I picked the wrong day to drop snorting cocaine.

I already heard that yesterday, right here in this thread. Hmm, to which new news do you refer...middle of the night while I was asleep...Saunders rose from the grave to hold a press conference to confirm it....that must be it.

Actually everyone on their forums think it has put them in that conversation. They will probably get like no. 13 this season, have some nice young players in SGA and Robinson, and now own a good Miami pick.

I think Jerry West is amazing though and they will trade Gallinari for something valuable and cap space now or in July, sign two very good free agents (Kawhi + another) and build around young players + those stars. If there's anyone in NBA I'd trust 100% with the rebuild it'd be Jerry West.

Kerry Eggers: Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra on the @Portland Trail Blazers: The last few years, what they’ve created here is something new and something that’s been pretty impressive. They’ve built a championship-contending team. They’re extremely well-coached.” #RipCity

Spo trying to be kind to a coach he has absolutely killed twice this season and to a city in which he grew up.

Saric last night against the Grizz:

22 points, 7 rebs, 5 assists on 7-11 shooting and 4-7 from '3'.....off the bench in 32 minutes. I can't take the pain of comparing that to our starting PF.

You can compare it to our reserve who should probably be a starting forward, and you'll feel a little better.

But if we could start both Saric and Jake...

I like that better. 47 points on 18-28 shooting, 15 rebounds and 7 assists. All for the grand total of $4M in contracts. Evan Turner makes more than 4x as much as both of them COMBINED! Sigh....

Jake needs to work on his defense to become a complete player. He's also best suited as a small forward and not really strong enough to be a power forward. He can play it in certain situations but Aminu is much better defensively as a PF than Layman.

That's what I was thinking. I noticed earlier this season that Miami has owned us recently.

If Saric and Mirotic both get traded and neither ends up in Portland I’m gonna write a really angry email.

Aminu i really like him but after the game last night i thought to myself did he even play cause i cannot remember anything he did that night. This is sign to me he should be traded cause while Layman has decided to blossom the opposite has happened to Aminu. I am very open to an Aminu trade at this point and the same goes for like half the roster including Nurk cause while i know Hassan is a defensive beast it seemed like Nurk kind of played afraid in terms of attacking him and that's what we need out of the beast to get in the paint and TRY and own the block. We need someone willing to get into the paint and ball cause last night the last few minutes of the game turned into a 3 point contest and unless you have the splash brothers most of the time that will lead to a loss.

SOrry if this turned into alittle bit of a last night's game thing but to me last night's game showed a few of this team's weaknesses and that is what needs be addressed IF possible at the deadline.

Which will likely be about as effective as a Stotts pick-and-roll defensive scheme...

You forgot about the other end of the court. Bullock is at least "bad" there instead of "atrocious".
