    Stupid post.

    Our current economy, the one your lying price of shit president claims credit for, was given to us by the last administration.

    I was just going to say Obamacare is literally Romneycare as a way to counter whatever it was you were trying to say. Somehow we lost ground. I think it was when you started implying that I’m some card-carrying member of the Republican Party.

    The only reason you didn't like Obama is because he's black.

    He passed a lot of Republican shit...

    Let's focus on the candidates of the debate and what they said.

    Elizabeth Warren and her $500 a month cap on prescription prices lol. Because we can all afford that. She’s a good ol’ boy. Gonna keep that gravy train rolling.

    Generally what I want to see in a leader is someone who will work at serving the country, not just their base or themselves. I want someone who will put effort into promoting cooperation, and unity rather than division. Someone who will be strong in calling out injustices, but will also bring people to the table to listen to each other.

    Trump has obviously failed at that (not that it was ever a priority for him). There will never be a president whose policies and ideals align directly to mine, and Id be willing to vote for someone who would do things differently than I would if I thought they would sincerely serve this country and its citizens instead of themselves.

    Since this was a sports site I’ll use this example. The whole athletes winning championships and going to the white house thing has always been kind of dumb, and a photo op, and Im sure it was an unique experience to meet the president, but it had become a tradition. Then athletes didnt like Trump and were vocal in it, and Trump instead of acting like a leader started “uninviting”, them and attacking them on twitter and riling up his base. A real leader to me takes the first step in trying to make amends. He says hey I want you to come, lets make it more than a photoshoot, why don't you come and we’ll talk no camera’s no publicity stunt, lets just hear each other out. I mean theres a huge chance they leave and no ones minds have been changed, but you know what that does? It encourages healthy dialogue, it shows that as a leader Im willing to listen. All he does is talk.

    Im not sure any of the Democratic candidates are that person, but from what Ive seen most of them would be better than Trump.

    I need my leaders to lead, and inspire, and bring unity to the people their professing to lead. I do not need to agree with everything they do.

    I’m all for it, but I don’t think she will produce. I can’t imagine someone with such a horrendous take on prescription prices producing a solid healthcare plan. If you consider prescriptions part of healthcare, her plan is already shit. A $500 “cap” on prescriptions is just a license for big pharma to charge $500 a month for anything and everything they want. And you know they will.

    I could see Buttigieg giving him the most trouble in a debate. Kamala Harris would also shred him. I wouldn't mind seeing a number of Democrats debate him.
    My problem with Warren is her polling places her in a statistical tie with Trump. The same polling shows Biden with the best chance of beating Trump.
    There must be close to ten Democrats that I wouldn't mind seeing getting the nomination. The losers could then either get the Vice Presidential nomination or cabinet positions.
    My favorites just off the top of my head are:
    1. Buttigieg;
    2. Harris;
    3. Sanders;
    4. Warren;
    6. Biden;
    7. Booker;
    8. Castro;
    9. Klobuchar;
    10. O'Rourke.

    Biden better but not great. Good on offense, struggled on defense. Harris on her heels when attacked. Gabbard well prepared. I like Gillebrand. In a smaller field she would do better but struggles to find her niche. Booker and Castro were strong. More interesting than first night as there were more strong candidates, night one was Warren, Sanders, and no chance.

    Running on attacking Obama not good idea. It's one thing to say move forward, not back as Biden is trying to do, it's another to slam President Obama as campaign strategy

    The biggest problem with the 2 parties today is that no moderate has a chance to represent the party. The people on the left and right are so determined to get their way they want extreme.

    COMPROMISE has completely been thrown to the side.

    Obama = moderate
    Bill Clinton = moderate
    Hillary = fucking moderate
    Joe Biden = a goddamn NOTHER moderate....

    WTF are you talking about?? The Dems shove moderates down our throats. We're sick of moderates.

    We're fucking sick of moderates!!

    Jay Inslee is right, you can't take Biden's bullshit moderate approach to climate change.

    Bro, Medicare for all negotiates Pharma prices.

    Read up. Right now, there is NO cap. Right now, status quo, that Epi-Pen FUCK can charge whatever the Hell he wants right? Go ahead and research the price for that drug. I'll wait.

    You're so wrong on this.

    My ex wife's life saving drug Syprine costs over $2000 a month.

    I get it, but Warren’s “compromise” is laughable. Its like setting a $100 cap on gallons of milk. So ridiculously high it completely negates the purpose of a cap altogether. She’s just offsetting the price from one area of healthcare to another, trying to appease the corporate masters.
