I kind of feel like the Jazz are stealing our glory from a national perspective.

    Billups is a coach

    Stotts was an observer.

Stotts was a passenger. He got carried.

Stotts had a good relationship with Lillard and I feel that bought him a couple extra years. I thought he should’ve been fired after the Pelicans playoff debacle.

Cliff was pretty athletic but he was much taller he played Center back in the 90's. Yeah he also played both forward spots. Could shoot 3's and defend. He was really ahead of his time, would be much more in demand for today's game.

I normally would hate watching a game with Dame, Nurk and Sharpe sitting. Assuming we’d lose but damn I love smart unselfish basketball. Again highest bb IQ I’ve seen in the 40 years I’ve been watching this team play. Fun watching them take on the coaches personality

We are only going to get better when Gary Payton is ready to play. I’m jut enjoying the ride. Haven’t this much fun and pride watching blazer basketball in a long time. I knew Billups would be an amazing coach. I think having an actual good power forward in Grant is huge, we have been missing that for so long. Enjoy the ride bros.

Shout out to Josh Hart. This guy is the definition of a TEAM player. He's sacrificing his touches to do the dirty work.

Career highs in Rebounds, Assists, and Steals.

    upload_2022-11-10_20-33-19.png

Not only is he averaging a career high in assists (4.7), but he's also only averaging 1.9 TOs per game. That's a 2.47 a/t ratio. Damn good for a shooting guard!

But but but, there are some on this forum (they know who they are) that swear that coaching (and by extension, coaches) doesn’t matter! Lol GTFO with that garbage. Chauncey has these boys believing, buying into playing defense and, most of all, PLAYING WITH EFFORT and intensity for 4 quarters!

And there are people who actually think people on the forum said that. LOL GTFO with that garbage. This forum has a search function and that phrase only seems to come up from people saying other people say it, but no post of someone making that claim. If your narrative is so bad you have to flat out make things up, especially on a night where we had a great win, that's a bad deal.

Billups is a good coach this year, as he was last year, when we were awful all season!

Honestly don't know what Ben Simmons would provide this team that Justice Winslow is not already delivering.

Winslow can setup the offense, runs PG, defends all positions, not a great shooter but knows his limitations and makes the smart play.

He makes $4 million and is ideally a backup but can start when needed. Pretty awesome to see him running PG with and without Ant tonight. Hed get the ball to Grant or whoever it should go to.

That no PG lineup was super sick on defense. Maybe we should trade both Dame and Ant (kidding)

To be fair…. I wouldn’t trade Grant or Sharpe for 2015 LMA.

    That's high praise!

My bigger point is that Winslow (our #4 forward) might be better than that last 10ish starting forwards in the Olshey area. That's crazy to think about!

Didn't you making a thread titled "Stotts is the worst coach in franchise history!" or and I'm blending that with another thread? I'll just make it up and pretend like it happened even though I can be easily fact-checked!
