He sucks handling the ball. It was a disaster waiting to happen. I don't know why Billips thought Keon makes a good point guard. I think Thybulle would do a better job if Billups just looked at who could dribble well.

So the tank is on again, like last year?

 

I watch every game that our team plays and hope for a win but right now it's easier to take a L than it usually is. We don't seem to be looking to make the playoffs and should expect to have two picks in the upcoming draft which I'm cool with.

I does suck that Dame is possibly the best offensive weapon in the league this season and doesn't have the team around him to be in the MVP race but alas.

 

Joe has to sell Dame on one more lotto pick. I’d be fine with Dame taking the rest of the season off.

It doesn't seem like we are completely dedicated to win every game that we need to win to end up in the playoffs, so you can take that for what it is,

 

Even if he did, Giannis, Jokic, and Embiid are better. IMO.

 

Billups seems like he has marching orders to lose

I think Dame should take off the second half of the season for the rest of his career. He needs to rest up for retirement, which can really take it out of a guy.

 

Matisse has only played 23 minutes tonight...I don't get why when we need stops

 

Btw- Orlando won today.

 

When Grant and Lillard were shut down tonight, no other orders were needed. The message is clear.

Just like I said last year, if we're going to do this losing thing, let's do it right and not go on some 3-game winning streak.

 

I don't know about Embiid but Giannis and Joker are definitely all together better but that doesn't matter. If we can put a better star or two next to Dame then we can win a ring or two with him as our best.

We've never put a team around Dame that makes sense. We'll see if Cronin does next season and we'll see if it matters if he does.
