Sharpe showed flashes of Greatness again tonight. He needs to be more aggressive and demand the ball. That's really the only thing. I LOVED when he roared after that Oop and I thought Chauncey should have left him in longer at a few points. Sharpe is gonna be special and I think this opportunity while Dame is out will be when it happens. Perhaps it was too optimistic to think he would turn it on tonight. Can he do it versus the Grizzlies? That would be nice because we are gonna need either Sharpe, Grant, Hart or Nurk to really go off and hope that Ant can continue to score like he did tonight.

I have a new second favorite Blazer.

I’m buying me a Sharpe jersey. He’s the real deal.

I get what you’re saying. The thing is…. What he has shown, essentially going from HS to the NBA, not playing real games for almost two years, missing summer league…. It’s insane and tells me his ceiling is pretty freaking high.

It’s hard not to be giddy and dream a bit.

He hasn't figured out when to assert himself. In games where he knows he can take over, he has done well.

    not necessarily blasphemous.

just gotta remember he's 19 and this is ALL new to him. that he's showing flashes itself is something.

but what i marvel at is his improvement from game to game. he corrects mistakes very quickly. tells me he's gonna have a high BBIQ

Sharpe has about 100 minutes of real game action since high school, over 18 months ago. Might want to allow for him being tentative at times

In 5 years, I think everyone will agree Sharpe was the best player in the draft.

At 19 Sharpe could still get taller and bigger....this kid could become the next Doctor J in 3 years if he keeps up this level of play. He's a highlight reel waiting to happen

Shoutout to the alley oop pass! It's back! Haven't seen it since Marcus Camby was on the team!

Dude, and Simons looked good on that late alley-oop. Speaks volumes to Shaedon’s bounce.

You have to realize that at this time last year, Shaedon was still in high school. He graduated early and reclassified. He didn’t arrive at UK until the winter semester.
