    Possibly. Something like that.

I just think that, implausible as it might seem, is more plausible than the Blazers hitting the floor and playing strictly iso or two-man game on offense with no action away from the ball and playing every man for himself with zero rotation pattern on defense. If the approach we're seeing from the Blazers is anything other than an indication of getting the rust off some guys and analyzing what the younger guys can do, then I'd almost have to believe Chauncey sees no hope at all with this team, thinks he made a mistake and wants to be fired ASAP. That just doesn't seem very likely to me.

He's going to be special but we're going to lose a lot of games watching him get there....off the charts talent. Not an NBA defender yet by any stretch though and zero assists tonight

Agreed he's got great instincts and that's key for earning the minutes he needs to grow.

Shaedon is showing so much potential, and poise.

Yeah, it wasn't against starters, but it was against NBA talent.

Honestly, in his what, 5th NBA game, he looks like it comes easy to him. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets minutes by halfway through the season, and maybe even ends the season starting.

As long as they keep their pick...

I wasn’t able to watch the game. Hopefully there’s a Sharpe highlight package somewhere out there.

The 10th seed didn’t require a great record. We were pretty awful before we started tanking outside of that 4 game win streak.

Not bad. Remember: 5 games since high school. The future is bright!

The Blazers can simply put out on the court the players that played together and played hard for the 4-game win streak last season, that forced Cronin to sit players down.
Surely Jerami Grant is better overall than CJ Elleby.
Simons, Hart, Winslow, somebody (Grant or Little) and Nurkic.
Honestly, I think they would easily beat Billups current lineup that has no chemistry.
They certainly would be more fun to watch.

Play Eubanks. Oh and install an NBA offense.

Yeah, they might as well cut him now.

At this point, I'd settle for a high school offense.

What I'm saying is that Billups should be able to do at least as well as that unit that played last season.
That would pathetic and sad if our team couldn't at least do that.
Yes, bench Dame if that's what it takes because it's a ridiculous situation that anyone should see.
We have the same damn players, there's no excuse.
"Oh we have to play Dame and Simons together because Dame and CJ worked so well."

But this is the preseason, so what happened doesn't matter. It just doesn't look good.

It would be pathetic and sad if we don’t win all our games.

He hasn't even lost a game this year.
