Cmon Cronin, don’t miss out of the FA. Don’t be like the former GM who waits for bread crumbs

Don't see Winslow in your list. If we start Dame with Ant I do like the idea of starting a defender such as Thybulle. Need to balance offense with D on both units. I'd still target a forward with the MLE, vet minimum Center, and yes eventually a 2 way or vet min for 3rd string PG.

    Dame
    Ant Hart Sharpe Keon
    Thybulle Little
    Grant Winslow Brown
    Nurk Watford

Jake said to keep an eye on Robin Lopez as a target for Portland.

I loved Lopez when he was here last but unless he is 3rd string for the minimum salary I am not all that interested for a reunion.

If we can get him for vet minimum that would be great.

    MLE I'll be pissed.

BAE... well whatever, I'm not sure I would but its fine.

Ideally, I'd love a competent backup center that can swing between the 4 and 5 rather than strictly a 5 (and hell, our beloved Robin Lopez is more than halfway to 6 at this point). That said, I think Robin Lopez can still work situationally in the right context for 10 minutes a night. You'd want to be confident that you had a solid small-ball lineup in place though for those nights when Lopez just becomes an extreme liability.

Centers for the minimum: I think I’d rather go after Dieng. Also wouldn’t mind taking a shot on Bol Bol.

isn't that watford, who can swing 4/5?

We could use another 7 footer like Rolo.

Now that the Nets are imploding can we get Ben on the cheap to play Point Forward?

Eric it cracks me up because you always look like you're at a funeral when the show starts. And then you start talking and you brighten up, but for the first couple minutes you look like someone just ran over your dog

I absolutely agree that we could use another 7-footer, and if the Blazers feel comfortable with Watford filling that role, I won't complain.

Trendon played some 5 last year for our tanking team but I don't think he's a legit option for major minutes on a team trying to win... maybe not at all and especially not at the 5.

watford can play 3rd string 5 like Grant Williams played 3rd string 5 last year.
