    He absolutely has improved. Look at his stats from last year to this year. He had back to back 30+ point games in wins including clutch steals.

    This late game execution is just nonexistent.

    And the game plan itself is so basic. Good learning opportunity I guess but Billups has the most rudimentary sets in the league.
