I think Ant is #1. You have your #3 pick turning into a star before your very eyes and he's being held back by Ant being in his way.

Simons is tricky. Somehow he's in the way of both Scoot and Sharpe. And we thought he was bad at defense

I think he could have played a lot more this season. They're intentionally sitting him.

    It's this TRUST word again.

Michael Holton said "I though two things happened that were significant.

ONE, Chauncey stayed with him and TRUSTED him to have the ball in his hands down the stretch of the game on a night when he wasn't knocking down shots.

I though that vote of confidence, not that it was needed, sent a message to the entire team, that we're going to play the way we play and we're going to be consistent and TRUST the result.

So what's the message to Scoot? You got picked by the wrong team because we have Anfernee Simons?

people seem to think Simans and Ayton are young vets too, but they are average age for the NBA

You bring a good point. I put him where I did because of his age. Ultimately I hope we can get good return for them.

The more I hear Chauncey share his coaching approach and see the vision starting to unfold, I'm seriously about to be fully on board the Chauncey train. I’m excited to see where he takes things!

I was thinking about this one about Simons being a good shooter.

I don't mind them being good dudes. No matter how scrappy we are right now we aren't winning in the playoffs this post season and both Jerami and Ant can contribute to playoff wins if they're in the correct roles. Also they're being forced into roles they don't fit into on this roster.

Jerami is a 3 and D plus starter who should be allowed to focus on defense by being the fourth or fifth in the pecking order on offense for a team ready to win in the playoffs. I don't know where the fuck he fits anymore but I have zero access to front offices around the league.

Ant is either a microwave off the bench or an offensive weapon starting on a team surrounded by good defenders and at least one guy better than him at initiating offense (Orlando is so obvious).

In the last couple months I had the opportunity to see Jerami Grant a couple of times. Both times I was impressed with how decent of a guy he seemed to be.

You guys must be fun at parties.

"Wow, great band. So many people. I haven't seen Ashley in forever. I can't believe you got this venue."

I was just as frustrated because they had mouse in the house on Ant. They involved Ant in just about every pick and roll. They abused him, we got the win but at what expense.

While these wins are nice our two future franchise players have to be questioning their roles. No matter how good Scoot is playing he keeps getting benched and Sharpe has gone from starter to 19 minutes and no role in last 15 minutes of game even when they needed a shooter on the floor they left him on bench.

One more point we aren’t showcasing Ant and Grant every team in the league knows these two players. We are putting them at risk of injuries playing them over 40 minutes a game.
