Too bad that shot by Banton rolled around the rim and didn't go in.

Beal was kind of holding him.

Still, I don't think I've ever seen a 6'9 player worse at making shots at the rim.

Yeah if I was Jerami I'd be so pissed at them... wait a minute, he's been pure shit as well.

We're going to lose, the only thing that kills me about this is that we're losing tonight with Ant, Jerami and Deandre who are all known commodities in this league taking over 50% of our shots and only shooting 31.7% from the field in a combined 109 minutes of playing time that could have gone to guys who need experience.

    Yep.

A lot of people were excited to get him and then he was nothing.

Banton is a spark plug! He's going to be a 6 man of the year one day.

I don't know if you're talking about Jerami or Deandre but I have the same response about both of them. A team and it's fans should be excited to get either of those guys as role players but if they're going to try and pretend like they're one of THE GUYS that win games for teams then that's when they seem like nothing.

We should just rename the Third Quarter the Tanking Quarter. We're putting on a clinic there.

didn't watch the game after a few hours of football. Wife has me on a sports budget this weekend

I see that the two teams combined for 72-204 FGA's. Holy shit! Was there any paint left on the rims?

Simons-Ayton-Grant combined to score 50 points on 61 shots. That's pretty fucking bad especially considering they took 61 of Portland's 111 shots; more than half again. They combined for 110 minutes; Scoot-Clingan-Rupert combined for 38 minutes. I think this is exactly what most fans didn't want to see with this team: those 3 vets hogging a far too big a share of usage, shots, minutes, and payroll.

    Boring and pointless
