    Statement was more about how meaningful games are and yes the two sports don't really compare. Obviously pitchers take games off.

    All 162 games are meaningful in the sense of playoff positioning.

    For example, Seattle blew a 10 run lead to the Kansas City Royals. Missed the playoffs by a game.

    But I'm just being pedantic in defense of my favorite sport lol I understand your overall point.

    I assumed they were pushing him as a product. I wasn't wrong. I later saw a commercial for a show he's pushing.

    It's interesting that a sport with half the games people don't take seriously until after the trade deadline.

    Sports viewers have short attention span, don't we? Lol

    Move ASG to actual midpoint of season. Give HCA in the Finals to the conference that wins. Earlier in season, more teams believe they have a shot. Also, this would motivate the coaches.
