Check out the first play. Brogdon low alley-oop to Rob Williams. Brogdon and Skylar Mays have a similar style and body size. Methodically getting where they want to go.
Man you could tell Cronin was hurt inside about how he and Dame handled the past three months between the two.
Yes anyone who ever doubt Joe wanted to keep Dame before the request need to rralize he wouldn't have given Grant 5 year contract if he was not inte ding yo buid arpund Dame
Not sure if it's just me but tea leaves sounds like they're trying to pump the brakes on Shaedon hype. This is from: - Vibe from Joe/Chauncey/Other plays about how many times Shaedon is being mentioned. - Vibe from folks who talk to the FO, ie. Marang/Highkin etc. A lot less talk about Shaedon. May be just them cooling the brakes on the Shaedon train based on SL and what they're seeing so far in camp. Shaedon has a ton of time to get better so there's no pressure there, but definitely the focus has been put on: Ant, Ayton and Scoot.
Mehh they’ll be fine. At the end of the day Joe can always say “I traded you to play with arguably the best player in the NBA” There’s no way Dame can spin that as they did him dirty. Ppl will look at him like he’s crazy to be mad he got to play with Gannis
I noticed that too. But then again I get it. He was really disappointing during summer league. Plus I really don’t get the vibe that Shaedon Sharpe wants to dominate and has that Kobe mentality. He seems like one of those guys that just wants to do his job and go home..
I get that but also Dame thanked literally everyone in the organization including janitors but never mentioned Cronin. Hell he even thanked Neil Olshey. There's definitely some animosity it wasn't a mistake that Cronin was left out of his thank you post.
One thing I heard from Chauncy was about competition and players "earning" their time. I love that, if Shae earns a LOT of minutes great, but there is a lot more young talent now than last yr so he may really have to fight hard.
I think Shae can get lazy/disengaged at times and doesn't play hard all the time, hopefully with competition and earning minutes that changes, he has all the talent in the world.
Why would he thank Neil Olshey? That's sad. "Thank you Neil Olshey for letting Aldridge leave for nothing and never getting me another All Star to play with." (my words of course, not his.)
