Bad delay of game penalty by Miller. You have to be able to flip it out without trying to go to the glass. Good things never happen trying it that way.

the worst team at clearing the puck out of the zone. Been bailed out by hank as always in the playoffs.

Far too much passing on the PP.

Massive fail there. Really needed another goal out of that period.

Same story every year with this core. What else can be said. Now Montreal will come back in the third and tie the game with their gift PP from the refs.

    I'll make two comments.

    1. Holden has been bad. Two huge turnovers, 2nd one led to Miller's DOG penalty. He has to be better.
    2. Simply way too many chances early in the 2nd, and then a useless 5 on 3 (not sure they even got a shot). Stuff like that usually comes back to bite you in the butt. Really hope we don't pay in the 3rd for not getting that 2nd goal on many chances.

Really playing well for the most part though. Hank has made 3 or 4 good saves, outside of that the D and structure has been solid. Need that next goal to put this game in our control.

Frustrating last 5 min of that period for sure. That PP was an abortion, how do you get zero shots w a full 2 min PP and 1 min of 5 on 3.

But we have the lead and Hank is playing well. Gotta get more shots though

Really needed more shots on that 5-3 obviously. Especially when it seems like the next goal that will beat either Price or Lundy will be something deflected from the point or above the circles. That said besides not getting another one I don't know what more could've been hoped for at this point. Ahead after two periods in a very tough building and Hank for two periods looking like the guy we know we need to be able to do anything.

Missed whole first, listened to most of second and now watching third. Sounds like we were much better in 2nd than 1st. PP is abysmal. AWESOME to see Hank being Hank so far. That PP was our chance to seal the game. Now it's a typical Ranger playoff game where we all lose years of our life because of stress Of these close games lol.

Defenseman still don't understand the concept of moving in on the pp.

It seems to me that the Rangers never capitalize on power plays and I have only been watching them for about 4 years.

These last 24 seconds are why you have Glass. Put him out there and have him goon it up now if that's the game Montreal wants.

Great road game. They weathered the storm early, Montreal outshot them badly at first but not that many great scoring chances. Montreal's forwards are just not very skilled.

Lundqvist's best game in weeks. Its only 1 game and he will be in their heads soon.
