The 49ers filled a need at wide receiver Friday without using any 2014 draft picks. The 49ers acquired wide receiver Stevie Johnson in a trade with the Buffalo Bills for a fourth-round draft pick in 2015, both teams announced Friday. The pick could turn into a third-round selection based on Johnson’s production. Johnson must pass a physical for the deal to be finalized, the 49ers said. Johnson, a San Francisco native, recorded 1,000-yard receiving seasons with the Bills in three of the past four seasons. Last year, he had 52 catches for 597 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games as he dealt with back, groin and hamstring issues. - See more at: http://www.csnbayarea.com/49ers/49ers-acquire-wr-johnson-trade-bills
