I was pretty impressed with Gore. He runs hard. That said this was such a hard game to watch. Turnovers killed us and we NEVER take advantage of the opposing team's mistakes this year. (I knew we were in trouble after Wilson dropped that INT that he would have run in for a TD) Your defense played well today. They doubled Roy all day and never allowed KJ to get going. Our defense on the other hand can't get off the field on 3rd down. Its been our down fall all year and that led to a HUGE T.O.P. differential. Congrats on the win.

Congrats on the win.</div> Thx..I think this game was a game of missed oppurtunities...I know it's been the story all year for the Niners and the Lions...Examples..(Lions vs. Seahwaks, Week 1)(Niners vs. Chargers..After safety to cut lead down tipped pass is intercepted causing huge swing of momentum and a loss)(Niners vs. Cardinals..Dropped pass by Davis in endzone on last play of the game..) It's nice to get a win though...Niners are now tied for 2nd in divison and have a critical game coming up with the Seahawks next week..It can make or break their season// NINER'S REMAINING SCHEDULE: Nov 19 Seattle (MUST-WIN if they want to have a shot) Nov 26 @St. Louis (Continued domination of Ram's continues....?) Dec 3 @New Orleans (Tough game..Definite underdogs) Dec 10 Green Bay (Should be a great game...Bragging rights on NFL-FORUMS at stake..)
