He wasn't missing half a season, he was strengthening his knee to come back even better next year..because we don't need him now.

    Duh! He is our ace in the hole for game 7.</div>

    We should at least get something for Odom's expiring contract.
    </div>

    Can they possibly work a deal with NJ? They have a solid young PG in Marcus Williams and a they can work a sign and trade with Diop to fortify their inside D and rebounding. Throw in a pick and another young big man (someone like Josh Boone) and it might work. It helps Jersey who want's cap space to chase LeBron
    </div>

    Give em Marcus? Okay. Richard Jefferson, sure. Diop? Eh, he wants to leave anyways.

    Josh Boone? Meh. No thanks. We'll hold on to Josh.

    </div>

    Ok how about Marcus, RJ, Diop and a pick?

    Brian, I think if the Bynum injury was career threatening, there'd be a report out there. Until I see it actually reported, I'm not going to believe some rumor you heard on the radio - I want some evidence of this.

    I expect Lamar to be out of here this summer, no joke, give me Maggette, Caron, or Artest. I'd take any of them.

    All right, now that the series is over, I'll admit that my "report" was false

    Also, how is Richard Jefferson's defense? That's our biggest weakness

    Yeah Brian told me after my "what the hell" post. Mamba wasn't fooled at all.

    Well for some reason I'm not sad, it's cause I saw it coming early tonight.

    For defense Ron Artest is our best bet right now. For aggressiveness I'd take any of the three of listed.

    I wonder if we can somehow get Deng still (sign and trade) but instead of Kobe, we give up Lamar. The bulls dont want to lose Deng for nothing, at the same time they might rather take nothing then take on Lamar, so who knows.

    Deng wouldn't be too bad, plus getting a big like Lamar in Chicago would make the Rose pick even less confusing because then they won't need to get Beasley to get a big man

    It's great!!! Like, best defense ever, seriously, you want him, really bad. You all should definitely e-mail Kupchak and try to convince him to trade for Jefferson. Please! [IMG]

    I think the best extension would be Mitch extending his arm to get the door for Odom on his way out after he finds out that he was just traded for Ron Artest and Sheldon Williams.

    He's an expiring contract though, those are worth a lot for teams trying to get under the cap. Take Kwame Brown for an example. We got Pau Gasol for his 9 million expiring contract

    With 4 minutes left in the game Odom finally got angry and started attacking the rim, got physical on defense and tried to make plays. Where the hell was this when it actually mattered?
