That's true, but Flip won't get the kind of minutes that Jackson did last year when Ray gets back. Simple reason is that their roles are different. Sacto depended and still depends on Bobby to come in and change the pace, so he was still getting major minutes after Bibby came back. Flip doesn't really change the tempo, he goes with the flow. So he's either gonna provide another scoring threat alongside Ray or come in to give him a breather - as soon as Ray is ready to take over again, the shots are gonna go his way, not Flip's. Besides that, Murray is being shopped around as trade bait now, so that Seattle can get rid of some of their bigger contracts like Booth and James. If he does go, its quite possible that, like Mason last year, his minutes will fluctuate as he gets used to a new team.
