Great Hope #1 - We go .500 this season
I was hoping for 4-3 considering the competition but would have been happy with 3-4. 2-5 sucks.
The next 10 games will be telling about the rest of the season. If we don't go at least 5-5, we
    won't be contending for .500.

    Great Hope #2 - DL averages > 20.0 pts, >6.0 assists, >2:1 ast/TO. .450 FG%
After the 7-game road trip, he's getting close. If he improves (on his numbers, not necessarily his game) a little during the course of the season, my 2nd hope will be realized.
    (Right now he's 19.2 pts, 6.2 asts, 1.97 Ast/TO, .436 FG%)

For this team to win any road games is great, so 2-5 is better than expected

I agree with those who are saying 2-5 is about as well as we could have hoped for. We should never EXPECT to beat anyone on the road. We also shouldn't expect a 7-game losing streak. So yeah, 2-5 is right where we should be.
