Nice win for Sixers fans, tough loss for Sonics fans. Both AI and Allen were awesome tonight. But Lewis and Radmanovic had an off night.
YES I told you they could come off with a win . Ray Allen had a horrible first half where he scored 6 points if I remember correctly. Iverson was on fire in that second half as was Ray Allen. The thing is Allen Iverson's teammates stepped up. THe Sonics di dnot really. That guy Reggie Evans was doing it all for the Sonics at one point. Sammy had a great performance doing his rebounding thing and Korver came up with some big shots when we need him most. Willie Green though OUTSTANDING. I told you he would be useful lol. 20 Points he did. Kenny THomas did better than he did usually does and Marc JAckson and Corliss great players off the bench. TEAMWORK WINS GAMES!! The Sixers now relize that.

Iverson scored 31 of his 34 points in the final three quarters as the 76ers remained unbeaten on their current eight-game road trip with a 114-107 victory over the Seattle SuperSonics. Philadelphia entered their longest road swing of the season having won just three of 11 games away from home, but have captured the first three of the trip by a combined 26 points. The 76ers led for most of the game, although Ray Allen scored 10 straight points midway through the final period, including a 3-pointer at the 6:26 mark that cut the SuperSonics' deficit to 98-91.</div> <div align="center">Recap Box Score Postgame Notes </div> I couldn't ask for a better win. We were on the road, no buzzer beater, no overtime and it was just simply a very convincible win. Our guys stepped up big time, and after that injury Williamson suffered a while ago, he has yet to perform well, but it seems as if he's fine. Iverson struggled again in the first half, but he managed to step it up yet AGAIN especially when we needed him most. Green also had a solid game, Iguodala filled up the stat sheet once again, and Thomas is looking very good as well as Jackson. The Sonics gave up a fight (as expected), but we simply wanted the game more and we won. So again, great game and a very needy win. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Told you guys only way the Sixers are going is up.</div> Seems as if you were right? Those losses that we suffered to the Hawks and such gave us a bad taste in our mouths. But after this win, I think we can say that this is the turning point of our season. With this win we now won 7 of our last 9 games and we are also 3-0 on the longest road trip of the season. So things are looking pretty good for us right now, hopefully we can keep up. -- And on a side note... Allen Iverson moved into sole possession of third place on the 76ers all-time assist list with 3,225, moving ahead of Julius Erving.
Great win for the Sixers, I was suprised when I turned the TV on during the third and they were up by like 9!
This is a great win for the Sixers. Things look like they are finally starting to fall into place. Are role players are starting to step up and produce. We are on a hot streak and if we keep playing the way we are, will turn a lot of heads and turn this season around. Nice win, and go Sixers!
