At that height there is no doubt the kid has Gigantism. It is a disease that usually ends victim's lives before the age of 45. There have been some instances of older age, but it is exceedingly rare. If he makes it to the NBA it will be amazing to see if he can actually do anything, particularly running up and down the floor regularly. Most Gigantism sufferers cannot run well and often have foot/knee surgeries around 27 years old, earlier more so depending on the height. For instance the World's Tallest Man in history who stood I believe 11'2" and died at only 20 years old or so. Very sad. He had multiple surgeries in his teens. The only people with Gigantism that have made it into athletics are Paul Wight and Andr? Roussimoff. Could be more, but those pro wrestlers come to mind at the moment.

i got this from another forum <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Ring Ayeul is a circus out there on the court. I've had the chance to watch him at prep school tournaments. He plays with Our Savior New American. They have five 7 footers on the team, believe it or not. Plus they even had a bio on him where he talked about how he hopes to live past the age given to him to die by doctors.
Its not worth trying to get him to sign on an NBA team cause he wont live very long....cause of his height...thats taller than YUO.....
