    Not odd at all, imho - his offense is very nice, especially for a bench player.

    Outlaw's problem is paying attention on defense all the time (not shown in PER).

    It also depends on how you want to read that. Portland was also ranked in the bottom half of the league in PER differential at point guard, where opposing players averaged around 16 PER or so. To me that tells me we allowed a lot of assists and dribble penetration from that spot.
