Seriously dude that's not possible. The video was completely wrong in what they said & actually goes against the laws of thermodynamics(and no, these people haven't found a way around those laws). The generator they talk about is essentially a compressed air engine hooked up to an alternator which produces electricity, not more compressed air. Since the generator is essentially the same thing as the car engine, they both run on compressed air making the whole perpetual motion idea stupid to begin with, even if you want to ignore thermodynamics.

As I said, this is a car that runs off of a novel way to store energy(for a car). There are pretty big energy losses taking a fuel or electricity and converting it to compressed air stored in a tank. That energy has to come from somewhere e.g. bio-diesel, gas OR electricity(coal, natural gas, hydro, nuclear, solar, wind farm, fart power...).
