If we could combine Aminu's willingness to take a 3 point shot with Batum's ability to make a 3 point shot, we'd be set at SF.
I'm happy with his 3pt shot because 35% is a huge improvement for him. It's everything else that drives me crazy.
It is something about his delivery that makes me lose confidence that it is going in. He has an ugly outside shot. In Terry's offense, everyone seems to have the green light to shoot the 3 ball. During crucial parts of the game, I would really prefer if Aminu passed on taking them. Last night Dame, CJ, and Crabbe were all on the floor with him and he took and missed a 3. I like that line up a lot, but I would prefer that he not be the one in that scenario taking the 24 footer.
