A.J. Foyt IV and his famous grandfather parted ways this morning and the elder Foyt said veteran Jaques Lazier will attempt to qualify the team’s No. 41 car on bump day today at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Foyt IV, who took leave of his job with the Indianapolis Colts to try to qualify for his seventh Indianapolis 500, apparently was critical of the car after practice this morning.
