It's nice for us lifelong Blazer fans to have a team we can like as much off the court as we do on it. You'll find that most people who watched this team in the 70s and 80s has had at least one interaction off the court with a player--they were all very approachable guys. I remember that 3-pointer Bird hit where he created contact with (I believe) Drexler and got the And-1. Amazing. Just amazing. As for me, I've always felt kinship with Celtics fans because of my hatred of the Lakers. You'll note that our chant when the Purple & Piss come to town is "Beat LA!" as well. And if I haven't yet said it, thank you for doing God's work last June. It was lovely seeing the L*kers broken in two.
