Dude, that is not the case, sure it helps, but thes ecats have been Cavs fans for years and I have busted my ass to keep this place busy since September. The draw is that the board is troll free, neat, clean, and has true die hard Cavs fans. Look around at other Cavs boards on the net and they are all dead. Choke on that cookie, this board is the best at JBB thanks to hard work. Look at the Kings, Pacers, many other winning club forums, they are dead too. So come on now, that is just an excuse.
Look, in no way am I trying to disparage you or your Cavs fan base here in JBB so stop trying to be defensive. I'm just calling it like it is. The most exciting player (along with your recruiting skills and whatnot) does bring people to the Cavs forum. Its the way the fan base goes around the NBA. If I'm not mistaken, next year will have even more Cavs fans on JBB from around the world and its not just attributed to their fine play but mostly their star player as well. I call it the Vince Carter reflex (without the injuries). If I'm not mistaken you failed to mention the forums who have the big ticket players (Minny, LA, Orlando, Toronto) are all at the top of the JBB in terms of quantity of posting. Its the facts.
^ We also smoked them in posts and have an amazing quality advantage too. This forum has over 25+ posts per thread. Raptors: 14.6 Magic: 11.1 Wolves: 11.1 Lakers: 15.9 Not even close.
Now you are just getting specific. Yes you have a good Cavs forum but you really can't deny the facts. Marketable player=More publicity....live with it.
What's the matter? Can't keep up? Know how dead this place would be if not for me? I'm being serious. All the ESPN guys would not be here, juice, Infante, all the Gund Arena posters. It's rare for me to single myself out and give myself the pub, but I was the one to start this. I spent months and months of posting articles that would not even get a single reply because no one was here, James, or no James. Thanks for giving him his pub though.
Why are you getting so riled up about this? Yes, its great that you brought some of the fans here, its good to be humble at times too but thats another story. Why do you want me to praise you? There wouldn't be AS much Cavs fans in here if it weren't for Lebron in the first place and thats a fact.....like I have always stated. You want the recognition? I think Lebron had something to do with this as well, which is what I've been saying. Props to you for getting people from Espn, good for you and JBB. I don't see why you can't agree with what I said though.
The thing I like about this forum is that there isnt a lot of dumb topics its true cavs insight and that is good to see when thats what ur looking for in a sports forum. great job fellas. I might not post everyday but I at least come and read the other intersesting post!!

I came to Cavs because I've followed Ricky Davis for years, then he got traded and I thought about follow him in Celtics though, but I felt in love with Cavaliers, their playstyle, their fans, Juice, KJ, Infante, Boozer, LeBron, Wagner, Miles (then), Ollie. I loved them all to much to leave Cavaliers... I some weeks later saw that I made the right desition. That was when Rikcy went to media and said shit about Cavs, the organisasation, the GM, the coach and that stuff. Then I lost all my love for Ricky, and gave it to Cavs! And I'm happy about the choice I made! Thanx to Juice, King James, Infante and the rest that made me the Cavs fan I'm today!
Me getting riled up? Na. I have just been here from the start of this forum and I knew what it took, just wanted to explain it, we have no Bron yuppies here like Vince does in the Raptor forum.
