Compared to ESPN, this board's moderators are smooth pros. It starts at the top, with Denny's impunitive style. I thank God for Sly.
I don't even read local 'newspapers' anymore. The Oregonian, PD Tribune, WW are all cheap, formulaic rags. Sh_t. The Oregonian is owned by a company on the East Coast isn't it. Fox News has more journalistic integrity.
The Amerian logo is uptight, too. Starbucks started in the hippie 1970s, and later hid the boobs and bushy bottom half. 1970s-80s Next: the future?
Infatuation is when you find somebody who is absolutely perfect. Love is when you realize that they aren't and it doesn't matter.
To the large parent company, whoever the Editor is who runs the Oregonian is unimportant. So nothing ever changes. Canzano lives forever, like the Devil. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance_Publications http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condé_Nast I'll always be there for you, too, dog. Things aren't as ruff as you think.
Sly is doing a fine job for his corporate overlord in posting controversial crap to generate hits and site traffic. Kind of like a couple of slime journalists we all know and loathe.
I'm for free speech and against suppression of it from any source. If you see the headline and don't want to read it, then don't. Personally, I think it is good to post all articles here from all sources. Let's not be progressives and keep the censorship to a minimum.
