A trade I suggested in another forum

I also post on an israeli forum about basketball and I asked Celtic fans if they would make this trade:

Aminu and Davis
For
Kelly Olynyk

They seem to be very open to this idea.

What do you think?

If I'm a Celtics fan I'd jump on that trade...Aminu and Davis are way more valuable to me ...now I'd trade Meyers straight across for Olynyk

Getting Olynyk on the Blazers would be like winning a championship for Zags! His avatar would finally be in fashion

 

KO is in the last year of his contract. He is rock solid, but definitely not a star. We've got plenty with that description.

I wouldn't do that trade for either of them straight up. Both of them are are better than Olynyk....

I like him very much. It would be a consolidation trade, would sort out the rotation. He is not really a great inside scorer (plays away from the basket on offense) but his defense and his basketball IQ make him a great player

 

Straight across for Leonard? I'd do that without caring about him being in a contract year.

 

I think Ed Davis with one year experience in Stotts' system, plus one year developing chemistry with the team makes him a much better asset than Olynyk could ever hope to be coming in cold.

 

And to think I was going to ask you if you wanted to go to a game, but how the hell will you be able to sit next to me with Leonard's Jersey on and him on the court putting down 20/10?

 

I'd be fucking PUMPED.
