I don't think we can continue playing Dame and CJ with 2 non-shooters in the playoffs, let alone 3. The offense is straight ugly with Aminu, Harkless and Kanter on the floor. Replace Aminu (who is the best shooter of the bunch) with Davis (never shoots a jump shot) and you're just asking to muck up the offense even more.

we're getting killed on the offensive glass with Enes shoulder issue...Ed will get you the ball but it's a matter of how much you can spend if Chief walks and you keep Hood, Curry or Kanter...I'd say Meyers will be traded.

I like Ed, too, but Olshey specifically said they let Ed go to allow Zach a bigger opportunity to grow. I can't see how the situation would be any different this summer. Maybe if we don't re-up Kanter and Nurk is not expected to return until the All Star break, it makes some sense, but I'm not sure Ed would go for it.

yeah, a superstar would have to come via trade with a year left on a contract, like Leonard and Toronto etc.

then could you keep one if you did snag him.

I look at the bucks and, yes Giannis is a superstar, but they are so deep is silly.

Gordon if we can do it without giving up CJ. If we trade CJ I want Otto Porter

His ISO defense alone would make him my #1 target if he were to become available.

I got as far as re-sign...Curry. FUCK THAT. That dude sucks and I would not even pay him the vet min to return. Go lead a team to the lottery, go play in Europe, go play in Chine - but DO NOT play for the Blazers!

I’m now convinced, Aminu, Harkless and Turner - - I’ll take my chances with Aaron Gordon!

Curry has been the best back up guard we’ve had in ten years! We won’t keep him because another team will want him!

One thought I have is a sign & trade to help us bring Aaron Gordon here.

That's not saying much. Curry fucking sucks. Yes, he may be better than Nolan Smith, he may be better than Taurean Green. But he is not a legit NBA player. He's basically a better shooting, but worse at everything else, Napier. He flat out does not belong on a Playoff roster.

No, it really hasn't. He had a "good" stretch when we had a stretch of games against bad teams. Curry is just not a good player. Unless you consider Shabazz Napier a good player. He can sometimes shoot, and he can sometimes steal the ball, but mostly he sucks on offense, and gets blown by on defense.

You're being ridiculous like you have been all year when it comes to Curry. You do realize there is an area between a slightly better Nolan Smith and being a "good player" right? To think he doesn't even deserve a roster spot for the minimum is just a horrible basketball take and questions any credibility you have. You're a good poster except when it comes to this weird fascination with hating Curry.

Curry will be given an offer sheet that we simply cannot afford to match; that’s how good he is. Simons will have to grow quickly as I see many minutes for him next year.

Hood will be the focus and we will have a shot at Kanter. Based upon Leonards play however, he’s already signed, so realistically Kanter will head elsewhere.

Turner, Harkless and Aminu must be replaced. Going to be difficult.

And CJ, and Stotts, and really everyone on the team not Named Jusuf or Dame probably need to be replaced.

Were you watching? We made it to the WCF’s without Nurkic. Wholesale changes are not necessary nor even realistic.

It’s about Aminu, Harkless and Turner and acquiring a Damon Green-like player.

Watched all but 2-3 games all season long. I was definitely watching. Our team knows they cant beat GS, so its either make a lot of changes to change that or wait til Steph retires I guess...
