Anyone else switched from satellite (DirecTV or DISH) to Comcast notice that the League Pass games on Comcast almost always switch off as soon as the game is over? With DISH and DirecTV (I've had both) I noticed they would allow the feed to go on much longer into the post-game stuff, but with In Demand on Cable they sign off as soon as they go to the first post-game commercials.

Really sucks because I enjoy watching the post-game analysis from Mike B and Rice. :curse:

Btw, I switched to Comcast cuz the TV bundle with internet is much cheaper than Dish and a cable modem separately.

I had no idea they let the broadcast go on with DirecTV or Dish. Along with Sunday Ticket that may be a reason for me to switch when we move next month.

Yeah, it's been cutting off on Comcast League Pass for at least the 4 years I've had it.

I like watching it on CSNNW...but I like watching other games as well.

All you had to say was Comcast. At that point, I am sure there are one of many issues people can sympathize with you immediately, even if they don't know which particular issue you are pissed about. :devilwink:

I'm just happy that Dish Network finally got their shit together and got a contract for this year. Actually it was fine before because they were offering it for free until the contract was signed.

I had dish for the past 8 years with the league pass and just switched to Direct last week because they didn't have the contract yet. I didn't know how long it would take. I wasn't going to wait around and NOT have my league pass.

I was on the verge every day of doing it, but the cancelation dept person told me the free preview would last until the contract was signed so I didn't think there was a downside unless contract negotiations broke down or something.

I also got a lot of stuff free from Dish for the hassle

If they had told me that, I would have held out for sure. Direct is basically the same. Just have to learn where the channels are located. DVR is about the same.

I actually like Direct more, but my employer pays my bill, so I didn't wanna switch and have that end
